FreightHub Logistics arranged an urgent shipment of industrial equipment from Germany to Tashkent for an international exhibition and the launch of a production cycle. The unit weighed 860 kg and measured 300 × 230 × 250 cm. The customer requested delivery within three business days.
Friday collection and air-cargo preparation
On Friday, FreightHub Logistics collected the equipment from the shipper and brought it to the Frankfurt terminal. Customs and air transport documentation were prepared there before the flight.
The warehouse work included X-ray screening, a visual inspection and packaging for air transport. The documents comprised an EX1 export declaration, commercial invoice, packing list and air waybill.
A direct flight on Sunday
On Sunday, the equipment was loaded onto a direct Frankfurt–Tashkent flight. That routing avoided a connecting-airport transfer and kept the air journey to one flight.
Monday clearance and delivery to the venue
The equipment arrived in Tashkent on Monday morning and cleared customs under a temporary import procedure. FreightHub Logistics had prepared the documentation in advance and had a representative at the destination airport.
After customs release, the equipment went directly to the exhibition venue, where the customer's technical team was waiting to install it.
Prepare an exhibition-shipment enquiry
State when the equipment will be ready for collection and the venue's latest receiving time. Provide packed dimensions, gross weight, lifting and handling instructions, and the commercial and packing documents available. Explain the intended use and any planned return movement so the customs procedure can be reviewed for the actual shipment.
