Capability and risk questions
Collections, launches and replenishment
Seasonal collections need planning around supplier locations, cargo-ready dates and the required arrival. Explain whether the goods are for a launch, a warehouse stock build or store replenishment. That receiving purpose helps define the timing requirement without assuming that every item must use the fastest available service.
Samples, promotional products and urgent replacement stock may call for a different freight option from the main inventory shipment. Where a programme includes several suppliers, identify their locations and expected volumes. Supplier collection and consolidation can be considered where operationally available and agreed for the programme.
Retail-ready goods and high-value branded products also need an appropriate packaging and handling plan. High-value goods capability is available through the Netherlands and China and limited in Germany, so value and local handling requirements need review before acceptance.
Match the freight mode to the stock requirement
Air freight can suit urgent collections, launches, samples and time-sensitive replenishment. Ocean freight can suit planned, higher-volume inventory when the schedule permits. Road freight supports suitable regional and cross-border movements in supported markets. All three modes are available through our Netherlands, Germany and China offices.
Compare the supplier's ready date with the receiving deadline, not just the main freight leg. Collection, any consolidation or storage, and onward delivery belong in the same plan. Agree the required service scope before treating a proposed schedule as a booking.
Storage and onward distribution
Warehousing is available through all three offices for suitable goods. Storage requirements should be discussed together with the product mix, volumes and planned onward movement. Consolidation is assessed for the origin and programme rather than offered as an automatic part of every shipment.
Distribution is available through the Netherlands and China, not through the Germany office. Germany can support its agreed freight and warehousing services, but those services should not be mistaken for a local distribution offering.
This is an international freight and logistics service. Garment-on-hanger handling, store merchandising and e-commerce fulfilment are not part of the standard offer described here. Specify any such requirement separately rather than building it into the transport assumptions.
From supplier collection to the receiving location
1. Review supplier locations, product descriptions, volumes and required delivery dates.
2. Compare suitable freight options against the launch or replenishment schedule and budget.
3. Review transport documentation and agree any import or export customs coordination within scope.
4. Confirm collection, any consolidation or suitable storage, and the international movement. Agree shipment milestones for communication.
5. Arrange delivery to the agreed warehouse, distributor or retail destination, with distribution through the Netherlands or China where included.
Cargo insurance can be discussed for suitable goods. The proposed cover and any particular handling needs should be confirmed for the shipment.
Frequently asked questions
Can you support seasonal fashion shipments?
Yes. Suitable shipments can be assessed for air, ocean or road freight according to supplier readiness, volume and the required delivery date.
Can you collect from several suppliers?
Supplier collection and consolidation may be available, subject to the specific origins and programme. Include each supplier's location and expected shipment details in the enquiry.
Can you distribute goods after they arrive in Germany?
Germany does not currently offer distribution. Its freight and warehousing services can be assessed separately; distribution is available through the Netherlands and China where agreed.
Can you handle high-value branded goods?
Suitable goods can be assessed through the Netherlands and China. Germany's high-value capability is limited, so the value, route and handling need individual review.
