Website quotation requests
The quotation form at Request a Quote collects the details shown in the form: name, company, email, optional phone, preferred office, origin, destination, packing, weight or volume, cargo message, source page, submission reference, and privacy acknowledgement. Do not enter identification documents, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
The website sends a submitted quotation request through the quotation service to the business recipient currently configured for that service. A successful website response confirms acceptance for delivery; it is not a quotation, booking confirmation, capacity confirmation, rate, or cargo acceptance.
The information is used to review the enquiry, assess service feasibility, reply to the sender, and take requested pre-contractual steps. Access should be limited to people who need the information to handle the enquiry or operate and secure the service.
Contacting an office
Sending an email or calling a published office is separate from the website form. The office or person contacted receives the information the sender chooses to provide. For an initial enquiry, provide only the shipment context and business contact details needed for a reply.
